Our Location
Our supported accommodation homes are located in Hayes, Middlesex, London, in residential areas close to Hayes Town Centre. This provides practical access to local shops, banks, public transport links, leisure facilities, education options, and open outdoor spaces. Location matters for rehabilitation, and we actively support our service users to use community resources safely, with structure and risk-aware planning tailored to each resident.
What is your referral pathway?
Referrals are accepted via local authority Adult Social Care teams. Once we receive referral information, the manager reviews the risks, needs, and placement goals to confirm suitability and capacity. Where appropriate, we liaise with key professionals to ensure the proposed placement matches the client’s history, risk profile and support requirements.

Yes. We support clients with forensic or offending histories where supported accommodation is clinically and socially appropriate and risks can be managed safely within our model. No. We do not provide hands-on personal care. We provide encouragement, prompting, and supervision for personal hygiene and self-care tasks, supporting service user to build routines and independence.

Yes. Our homes are designed to feel like a home and support a calm, stable environment with small occupancies. We help service user understand and apply for benefits, manage essential paperwork, and attend relevant appointments.
