As the Registered Manager at Broaden Horizon, I want to thank you for considering us for a placement. I understand that when you are commissioning supported accommodation for women with complex needs, you are balancing safety, suitability, outcomes, and value—often under pressure and with high levels of risk to manage.
When you contact us, you will speak to a team that understands mental health, learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and forensic histories. We provide 24/7 on-site support in small, homely environments, with robust risk management and outcome-focused planning. We work alongside Adult Social Care, CMHTs, CPA care coordinators, forensic outreach teams, services, and GPs to ensure support is coordinated and consistent.
