Broaden Horizon is a specialist provider of female supported accommodation, created to give the Adult Social Care Team confidence that high-risk placements can be managed safely and respectfully. Our purpose is to offer small, homely residential settings with 24/7 on-site support where clients can stabilise, build skills and move forward.

We combine person-centred practice with robust risk management, clear outcome planning, and consistent multi-agency communication. Every decision is grounded in safeguarding, dignity and measurable progress, helping residents sustain tenancies and reduce incident patterns while remaining connected to their communities. We report transparently, keeping placements accountable.
