Female

Supported Accomodation

Providing 24/7 support for female adults at risk specialising in mental health, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.  We also provide support for females with a forensic history.

Service

We provide high quality accommodation in a residential area with smaller occupancy, promoting a home like environment for our service users. They are able to access the community around them whilst receiving ongoing support and rehabilitation from our highly trained staff. We work around the ethos that this is their home and we are there to help them live the most rewarding and fulfilling life possible.

Our manager, Nasrine Jondah has worked as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS for 21 years with a wealth of experience within the inpatient and community setting as a CPN, including working within the integrated service with social services. Her inpatient experience was within the women services with forensic history in the “The Orchard” West London Mental Health Trust

We promote independence with a heavy focus on risk management. This creates an environment where our clients are not seen as patients, but as members of society.

Our 24 hour supported living services offer homely and supportive environments that are focused on the individual needs and aspirations of the people we support. The focus of the service is also to enable the female adults to work on ways to decrease harmful behaviours and replace them with effective strategies to enhance their lives and help them reach their personal life goals. We continually assess risk and implement support plans that promote independence, while also monitoring and managing identified risks.

The support we offer is carefully tailored to each individual, allowing us to address specific offending behaviour and possible risks and implement positive behaviour support within outcome-focused timelines.

We work closely with local authorities and outside agencies such as forensic outreach team and the Community Mental Health Team, GP’s to ensure that the support we offer meets the needs of the individual and their history.
